c. User Content: You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you upload to YvesAI.
5. Rights to Uploaded Images
By uploading images to the App, you grant YvesAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish, and process the information and content provided by you, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or others.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you are found to be in breach of these Terms.

YvesAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YvesAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of and access to the App.

- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
